Quadratic Regression Function - TT03-001

How to Install (OpenOffice.org 2.0)

  1. Download the appropriate Quadratic Regression Function for your version of Calc (see the Software section) and use the save this file to disk option to save the file to a directory on your computer where you'll be able to find it later. (See Note below).
  2. Start OpenOffice.org Calc, and open the OpenOffice.org Basic Macro Organiser using Tools > Macros > Oraganise Macros > OpenOffice.org Basic,
  3. Click on the Organizer... button. From the Macro Organizer dialog, select the Libraries tab,
  4. Click on the Append... button and Open tt03-001.ods from the directory from which it was downloaded too,
  5. Un-tick, (un-check) Standard from the Append Libraries dialog and then click Ok,
  6. Select the Modules tab and select the QuadRegression macro from the Tarsiersoft library, (as shown below),

    and drag it to the Standard libary, (as shown below)

  7. Optionally, click on the Libraries tab, a select Tarsiersoft from My Macros & Dialogs and Delete it, (as shown below)

My Quadratic Regression Function is now ready for use.

How to Un-install (OpenOffice.org 2.0)
To uninstall the Quadratic Regression Function,

  1. Start OpenOffice.org Calc, and open the OpenOffice.org Basic Macro Organiser using Tools > Macros > Oraganise Macros > OpenOffice.org Basic,
  2. From the Modules tab, select the QuadRegression macro and Delete it, as shown below. Calc Macro Organiser Dialog
